Clean2Shine operates with a zero-tolerance policy for dishonesty or misconduct. We maintain strict internal standards, including but not limited to: Thorough hiring and screening practices, Structured training and performance standards, Solo cleaner accountability systems, Detailed job notes and cleaning checklists, Internal incident reporting and investigation procedures. Trust is not optional at Clean2Shine — it is the foundation of our business.
Valuables & Personal Items
For everyone’s protection, we kindly ask clients to: Secure cash, jewelry, and personal valuables prior to services, Store sensitive or irreplaceable items safely. Our Cleaners are trained never to handle or move personal valuables. Securing personal items helps prevent misunderstandings and protects all parties involved.
If You Have a Concern
If you notice anything unusual following a service appointment, including but not limited to: Missing items, Damage, Items that feel out of place , Any concern related to your service. Please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can promptly and fairly review the situation. Reports made outside of this timeframe may limit our ability to investigate thoroughly.
How We Handle Concerns
When a concern is reported, we take it seriously and follow a structured internal review process, which may include: 1. Documenting the concern. 2. Reviewing job details and service notes. 3. Interviewing the assigned cleaner(s). 4. Taking appropriate action based on findings. For privacy and legal reasons, employee disciplinary matters are handled internally and are not shared.
Privacy & Professionalism
Client information is kept confidential . Cleaner matters are handled internally. We cooperate with authorities when required. All concerns are reviewed fairly, respectfully, and professionally.
